- Right of Withdrawal and Time Limit
We accept returns of items within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order. Unfortunately, if this period has passed, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- Item Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your swimsuit must:
- Be unworn and unwashed.
- Be in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging attached.
- Have its hygienic liner intact and never removed (mandatory for bikini bottoms, one-piece suits, and sets). Any item with a missing, damaged, or removed tag or hygienic liner will be refused for hygiene reasons.
- Have no odors (perfume, sunscreen, cigarette smoke, etc.) or stains (makeup, deodorant, etc.).
Important Note: Trying on bikini bottoms and one-piece suits over your own underwear is necessary to maintain compliance with our return conditions.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following types of items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards.
- Nose clips, silicone caps and ear plugs
- Return Procedure
To initiate a return:
- Contact us by email at info@natation.ch stating your order number and the items you wish to return.
- We will send you detailed shipping instructions.
- Carefully package the eligible items in their original packaging.
- Ship your package to the following address:

- Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective item. We advise using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of a returned item.
- Inspections and Refunds
- Inspection: Upon receipt of your return, we will conduct a careful inspection of the items to ensure they meet the eligibility conditions (point 2).
- Approval: If the items are approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 7 business days.
- Refusal: If an item does not meet the conditions (e.g., hygienic liner removed), we will notify you. The non-conforming item will either be destroyed (for hygiene reasons) or returned to you at your expense.
- Exchanges
Size Exchanges: We are happy to offer a free size exchange for the same model and color, provided the desired size is available in stock. If the size is unavailable, we will process a refund according to section 5.
To request a size exchange, please clearly indicate the new size needed when contacting us to initiate your return (as per step 1 of the Return Procedure).
